Tharindu Dissanayake

Tharindu Dissanayake has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Tharindu started their career at MillenniumIT in 2002 as a Software Engineer and later became a Software Architect from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Creative Software as a Software Development Manager until 2010. Tharindu then returned to MillenniumIT and held the position of Vice President - Technology from 2010 to 2018. Since 2018, they have served as the Chief Technology Officer at Yaala Labs.

Tharindu Dissanayake has a strong educational background, starting with their studies at Carey College Colombo from 1983 to 1988. Following this, they attended Nalanda College Colombo from 1989 to 1996. Tharindu then pursued higher education at the University of Moratuwa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from 1998 to 2002. Later, they continued their academic journey at the same university and completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems from 2004 to 2006.
