Isabell Rosén has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Isabell began their career in 2008 as a Hostess and Supervisor at McDonald's. In 2011, they volunteered at Associação Comunitária Monte Azul. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Volvo Cars Brasil as a Marketing Intern, where they were responsible for web content management and internal data system LMS trainings. From 2015 to 2020, they held various roles at iZettle, such as Product Manager, Payments, Associate Product Manager, Payments, Business Manager, CRM Specialist and Communications Intern. In 2020, they became a Product Owner, Checkout at H&M Group. Most recently, in 2021, they started their current role as a Cycling Instructor at SATS Sverige. In 2022, they will move on to become a Product Manager, Payments at Yabie.

Isabell Rosén obtained their High School degree from Viktor Rydbergs Gymnasium Jarlaplan in Social Science Program from 2007 to 2010. Isabell then attended FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations. Isabell also took the Curso Extensivo de Português III at FAAP in 2012. In addition, Isabell Rosén holds certifications from Mindset Institute and Scrum Alliance, including Leading without being a Manager (obtained in December 2019) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (date of obtaining not specified).
