Michael DiViesti serves as Finance Lead at Arc, a venture capital-backed company focused on creating powerful, sustainable electric boats. Since January 2021, Michael has been an Ambassador for Yachting Ventures, the first startup accelerator dedicated to the leisure marine industry. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Manufacturing Finance and Accounting at MarineMax, where oversight of finance operations and support for acquisitions were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes roles as Senior Manufacturing Controller at MarineMax and Plant Controller for Sea Ray Boats at Brunswick Corporation, where significant production growth was achieved. Michael's education includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual Master's degrees in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Butler University.
