We are a family-owned Canadian real estate investment team based in Ottawa, Ontario. Our primary strategy is buy-and-hold and BRRRR. We love buying multifamily properties, doing updates to make them more energy efficient and increase value, renting them out, refinancing, and paying back our investors. We always ensure to keep sustainability in mind at all times in our business operations and during work on our properties.

If you’re interested in investing with us or discussing joint venture opportunities, send us a message!
