Karina Pasternak

Karina Pasternak has a diverse work experience in web design and management. Karina started their career as a web designer at Ozerki Youth Sports Club, where they created a website promoting triathlon and translated and published triathlon competition reviews in Russian. Karina then worked as a web designer at The Jewish Agency for Israel before becoming a freelance web designer for four years. In 2008, Karina joined Yad Vashem, where they held various roles such as web designer, senior web designer, and Head of the Web Architecture and Design Section. Throughout their time at Yad Vashem, they were responsible for managing the website in multiple languages, optimizing website templates for better user experience, and overseeing SEO and website audits.

Karina Pasternak completed their education with a Master's degree in Linguistics and Computer Science from the Russian University of Humanities, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended School #936 in Moscow from 1986 to 1996, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
