Claudia Gendler

Claudia Gendler has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Claudia is currently the VP and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Yad2, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, Claudia served as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Partner Israel, where they led the data strategy and built the AI unit for the development of machine learning models. Before that, they were the Head of AI & Business Intelligence at The Israeli Phoenix, where they managed a team of over 80 employees and oversaw the planning and delivery of innovative data solutions. Claudia also held leadership roles at yes, Incentives Solutions, Motorola Israel (NSA), SouthernLinc Wireless, and MIRS Communications, where they contributed to various aspects of data engineering, advanced analytics, and business intelligence.
