Ofra Winterstein

Ofra Winterstein has extensive experience in the field of data analysis and management. Ofra currently serves as the Head of Big Data and AI at Yad2, where they established and developed the department from scratch. Ofra manages and leads teams in creating and providing data solutions using various technologies such as Databricks, Spark Streaming, AWS, Kafka, and AirFlow. Ofra is also a key interface between different departments within the organization, including data, product, and business development. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Head of Data at Matrix DnA and held various positions at Maccabi Health Care Services, including Head of Product and BI Team Leader. Ofra also has experience as a Product Manager at Leaf Healthcare, Business Intelligence Project Manager at Maccabi Health Care Services, ETL Developer at Experis Israel, and Data Analyst at Castro.

Ofra Winterstein obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bar Ilan University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Ruppin from 2005 to 2009.
