Dorin David I'M Hiring

Dorin David has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Dorin started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at HALMAN ALDUBI GROUP in 2010, where they handled various recruitment responsibilities. Dorin then moved on to work as a Recruiter at Leumi Card - MAX (on behalf of Adam-Milo) from 2011 to 2013, where they focused on recruiting for various senior positions.

In 2013, Dorin joined Yes-IT as a Technical Recruiter and was responsible for recruiting IT professionals. Dorin worked there until 2015 when they joined Yael Group as a Technical Recruiter. At Yael Group, they were involved in HR recruitment for different sectors and technologies, managing a wide range of job positions. Dorin later became the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Yael Group in 2021, where they continued to excel in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Throughout their career, Dorin has gained extensive experience in conducting interviews, writing assessments, and recruiting for diverse roles and industries.

Dorin David began their education by attending Bar-Ilan University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a B.A. degree in Sociology-Anthropology and Economics. Following this, they pursued further studies at The Open University of Israel from 2012 to 2013 and obtained a diploma in Group Facilitation. Additionally, Dorin David holds a certification in הכשרת מנהלים (Managerial Training) from המיל / Hamil - המרכז הישראלי לניהול (The Israeli Center for Management) since the year 2022.
