Vinod Kumar Gubba

Vinod Kumar Gubba has a strong background in system engineering and customer success. Vinod Kumar began their career at Yagna iQ Solutions in 2007 and held various roles, including System Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and System Engineer Team Lead. In these positions, Vinod focused on developing high-end turnkey solutions on Yagna Cloud to support large product manufacturers, such as Cisco, and their channels to drive revenue growth. Vinod Kumar also helped their customers build custom services on Yagna Cloud for increased efficiency and productivity. In 2017, Vinod joined Yagna iQ Inc. as the Head of System Engineering and Customer Success, where they continued to drive revenue acceleration and provided support to customers. Vinod Kumar then became Director of Customer Success, focusing on utilizing past sales transaction data to drive recurring and incremental upsell/cross-sell revenue for customers. Vinod has consistently demonstrated their expertise in system engineering and customer success throughout their career.

Vinod Kumar Gubba completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications at Bheemanna Khandre Institute of Technology, Bhalki from 2001 to 2005. Vinod Kumar then pursued a Master's Degree in Advanced Networking and Telecommunication at the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pune from 2006 to 2007.
