The Civil Engineering segment is engaged in civil engineering and railway construction, landscaping, golf course maintenance and management, as well as road pavement. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the development, sale and leasing of real estates, the subdivision of condominiums, and the management of buildings and condominiums. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had eight subsidiaries.
