Rusty Weiss

Rusty Weiss has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. From 2018 to present, they have been the Director of Transportation Services for Yahara Software, and the Production and Shipping Manager for Unimin Corporation (a member of the Sibelco Group). From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of External Research for Lytx, Inc., where they were responsible for the development of relationships with the world's leading driver safety scientists and organizations, managed Lytx's contribution to the federally mandated 34-Hour Restart project, and designed and completed the world's largest naturalist driving study. From 2004 to 2015, they were the Director of Consumer Division and Director of Product Management for Lytx, Inc., where they designed, developed, tested, and sold the teen driver video feedback program, and negotiated and secured multiple renewals of a multi-million dollar exclusive contract. From 1995 to 2004, they were a Coach of Process Management and Management Team Leader for the Mayo Clinic.

Rusty Weiss attended Northwest Webster from 1983 to 1986. Rusty then attended Loras College from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General. Rusty also completed the Mayo Clinic Continuing Education Program in Business Leadership.
