Basil James is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud application architecture and system design. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Kforce Inc since July 2023, Basil previously held roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from November 2019 to June 2023, including Team Lead - Sr Cloud Application Architect, where responsibilities included consulting on cloud architecture and disaster recovery designs. Prior to AWS, Basil worked at Infosys as a Senior Technology Architect, leading multiple projects and architect teams. Early career contributions were made at IBS Software Services as a Senior System Architect, overseeing a product team and advising on technology upgrades. Basil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and a Master’s degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
