Chandra Dande

Chandra Dande is a Cloud Security Engineer at Yahoo since December 2022, with a strong background in security engineering gained from previous roles at Spencer Stuart and Teradata. At Spencer Stuart, Chandra served as a Security Engineer, focusing on static code analysis tools and conducting penetration tests on various applications using Burp and automated tools, alongside effective JIRA reporting. During tenure at Teradata, Chandra operationalized open source vulnerability scanners and implemented a Shift Left Approach to incorporate security during the early development stages. Earlier experiences include roles as an End Point Security Engineer at Stonewall Solutions and a Security Analyst at IMS Technology Services, as well as a Java Developer at Sun Sierra Technologies. Chandra holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad.
