Clare Chang is currently the lead of the APAC/North America culture team, where they focus on culture, engagement, and communications. They have previously held roles in recruiting, learning and development, and employee engagement at Yahoo, successfully transforming the regional people strategy and leading various engagement initiatives across multiple markets. Clare also has experience in business development, having hosted exhibitions and recruited numerous brands for Yahoo's e-commerce platform. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 臺北市立教育大學 in 2014.
