Cynthia Marshall has had a long and successful career in human resources and diversity management. Cynthia began their career with AT&T in 1981 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's people strategy, which included managing 245,000 employees around the globe.
In 2017, Cynthia left AT&T to become a board member at Yahoo!. Cynthia is currently responsible for Marshalling Resources, a company that provides support and advice to businesses on a variety of topics related to human resources and diversity management.
