Ephrat Mor

Ephrat Mor is currently the Head of HR at Yahoo Israel, overseeing the integration of acquired startups into the corporate structure while managing global HR processes and supporting talent development across multiple regions. Previously, they served as Recruitment Manager and VP of HR at dmg - DSNR Media Group, where they established recruitment systems and managed organizational change. Ephrat began their career as a Placement Consultant in the senior and hi-tech sector before transitioning to roles focused on HR and recruitment management at Retalix. They hold a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Tel Aviv University and are pursuing Organizational Consulting Skills for Internal Consultants at Lahav, Recanati School of Management.
