Jason Chan

Jason Chan is an experienced video professional currently serving as a Video Shooter/Editor and Technical Director at Yahoo! Inc. since June 2012. In this role, Jason directs, edits, and produces original video content, overseeing all in-house studio operations for various productions, including live events. Prior experience includes freelance video editing for Comcast Sportsnet Bay Area and Premier Retail Networks, as well as positions as a staff video editor, assistant camera operator, and dubbing and compression engineer. Jason's foundational skills were developed through teaching video production and working within the sports video department at the University of Colorado Boulder, where a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Production was obtained.
