Jonathan Blake currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for the Global Privacy Team at Yahoo, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Legal Counsel at LifeScan from August 2020 to March 2023 and worked as a Solicitor at Hertz (October 2019 - August 2020), Wates Group (October 2017 - August 2019), and Bircham Dyson Bell (October 2016 - October 2017). Jonathan's legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor at IBB Solicitors from September 2014 to September 2016, following earlier experience as a Legal Administrator with the same firm from July 2012 to January 2014. Academically, Jonathan obtained a Law degree (LLB) from BPP Law School, with previous education including a Master of Science in Astrophysics from UCL and completion of the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2014.
