Kat Downs Mulder is the current Senior Vice President and General Manager of Yahoo News, overseeing key content areas such as Yahoo Homepage, News, Entertainment, Life, Games, and Weather since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kat served at The Washington Post for over 14 years, culminating in the position of Chief Product Officer and Managing Editor, where responsibilities included product strategy, newsroom leadership, and integration of newsroom and engineering teams.
