Kent Amano

Kent Amano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, logistics, and education. Currently serving as a Manager at Yahoo since March 2020, Kent has held roles including Account Lead and Senior Account Manager. Previously, Kent worked at Warner Music Group as a Digital Marketing Manager and at GMO-Research Inc. as a Senior Consultant and Marketing Research Consultant, focusing on marketing research studies for overseas companies entering the Japanese market. Kent's early career includes instructional experience as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET) and various logistics roles at Target, including Logistics Analyst and Supply Chain EIT, where notable achievements included significant cost savings through analysis and process improvements. Kent holds a B.S. in Management from Purdue University, with minors in Finance and Marketing.
