Lakshmi T. is an experienced leader in technical program management and operations, currently serving as Director of Technical Program Management and Chief of Staff at Yahoo since May 2019, where responsibilities include bridging technical and business teams to execute engineering strategy and drive digital transformation. Lakshmi previously held the director role for Program and Organizational Performance Management at Orbital Insight, successfully implementing strategic initiatives during a period of significant company growth. Earlier career roles include program and product management positions at VMware and NetApp, where impactful contributions were made in business intelligence and data analytics, as well as quality assurance roles at Autodesk and other companies. Lakshmi holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an upcoming Engineering Leadership Professional Program certification from UC Berkeley.
