Nick Oehler has over 25 years of experience in the technology and network operations field. Since January 2007, Nick has held various positions at Yahoo!, including Network Operations Manager, Network Security Manager, and Network Engineer, contributing to the Network Security Operations Team. Prior to Yahoo!, Nick worked as a Network Engineer at Alameda Power & Telecom from March 2003 to December 2006 and served as a Backbone Engineer at Exodus Communications inc. from 2000 to 2004. Nick's career began as General Manager at Bay Area Internet Solutions from January 1995 to May 2000, and earlier experience includes the role of Sr. Programmer/Operation Manager at Aon from 1989 to 1994. Nick earned a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco, completing studies there from 1984 to 1991, and holds a High School Diploma in General Education from Sequoia High School, graduated in 1983.
