Phil Halley

Phil Halley has extensive experience in data center operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Data Center Operations at Yahoo since August 2008. In this role, Phil manages hardware operations across multiple US data center campuses, including supply chain and inventory management, data center software, and systems engineering teams. Prior positions at Yahoo include Director of Data Center Operations and Director of Data Center Software & Planning, where responsibilities included overseeing automation development and capacity planning. Phil began a career at Yahoo as a Data Center Analyst, focusing on capacity planning and forecasting. Earlier experience includes an internship at Yahoo and a position as a Programmer Analyst at Washington University in St. Louis. Phil holds both an MBA and a BS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
