Ron Johnstone

Ron Johnstone is currently the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Employment Law at Yahoo since 2011. Prior to that, Ron worked as the Director, Employment Law and Corporate Ethics at AMD from 2004 to 2011. Ron has a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BS from Cornell University. Before joining AMD, Ron worked as an Attorney at Simpson Garrity Innes & Jacuzzi, P.C., and Cooley LLP.
