Scott Simone

Scott Simone is a freelance writer and editor, currently working with various major outlets such as CNN, The Guardian, and NYPost. They served as Deputy Editor at CNN Underscored from 2020 to 2023 and have held multiple editorial roles, including Managing Editor at Hearst Magazines and Contently. Scott began their career as an intern at 914INC./Westchester Magazine and Vice Magazine, later advancing to Assistant Editor and Associate Editor at Westchester Magazine. They graduated with a B.S. in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University in 2012.
