Ali Al Hashemi is the current CEO of Yahsat, overseeing strategy and business activities for specialized solutions to various customers. Ali also serves as Chairman for AMMROC and GAL, and is a Member of the Board of Directors for The National Space Science and Technology Center. With previous experience at Mubadala Development Company and Booz & Company, Ali has a background in asset turnaround projects and business strategy development. Prior to their current roles, Ali worked as the CEO of Thuraya Telecommunications Company and held engineering positions at GASCO. Ali holds an MBA from the London Business School and a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
