Lakshmikant Sharma

Lakshmikant Sharma, also known as LK, is the founder of Yajur Knowledge Solutions, a firm established in September 2020 that specializes in providing deal execution support services to investment banks, M&A advisors, visionary entrepreneurs, and SMEs. Prior to this, LK co-founded Valuecraftz, which offers similar differentiated deal execution services. LK has extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions sector, having worked with Transworld M&A from July 2018 to September 2020, where advisory services for Buy-side and Sell-side transactions were provided, focusing on the India-US corridor. Additionally, LK held a position in investment banking at Tata Capital, successfully completing a cross-border M&A transaction. An early career began with a summer internship at Edelweiss Financial Planning, focusing on mutual fund market research. LK holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Master's Degrees in Economics from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, complemented by a Bachelor's in Economics.
