Dean Monshing

Dean Monshing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hops and brewing industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Yakima Chief Hops since February 2018, Dean has held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Europe and Director of Sales. Prior to this, Dean worked at John I. Haas, Inc. as a Key Account Manager and at Barth-Haas Group as a Business Unit Manager, focusing on Simply Hops Limited's performance. Dean's career began at Hop Products Australia as a Hop Farmer, which provided a strong foundation in hop production and processing. Academically, Dean holds a Bachelor of Applied Management from Federation University Australia, an Advanced Diploma of Agriculture from Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE, and a Diploma of British Brewing Technology from Brewlab. Key areas of expertise include new business development in the UK and European craft brewing sector.
