Missy Raver

Missy Raver is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the supply chain and quality management sectors within the hop industry. Currently serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Yakima Chief Hops since August 2008, Missy has held various leadership roles, including Chief Quality and Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Grower Relations, Quality, and Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to this, Missy was a member of Chief, a network focused on advancing women executives, from October 2022 to September 2023. Missy's career began at Yakima Chief, Inc. as Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Technician between August 2000 and August 2006. Missy earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Central Washington University in 2000.
