Frank Rowland's work experience begins in 1997 at Enterprise for Progress In the Community (EPIC) where they served as the Director of Family Services and Government Affairs and later as the Director of Planning and Government Affairs. In 2007, they joined Matthews/Rowland Real Estate Appraisals, LLC as a Real Estate Appraiser until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Frank worked at OIC of Washington as the Chief Operations Officer.
