Ashleigh Rauch has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Home Care Aide at Senior Life Resources Northwest. Ashleigh then moved on to roles such as Facility Aide at Park Manor Rehabilitation Center, Patient Accounts/Billing Personnel at Walla Walla Clinic, and Front Office Specialist at Swift Physical Therapy.

In 2011, Ashleigh joined Tri-City Orthopaedic Clinic as a Patient Accounts staff member before progressing to become the Business Office Manager. In this role, they oversaw daily business operations, billing activities, and managed a team of 13-15 staff members.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Operations Manager at EOB Rush Inc. Following that, they held the position of Health Center Manager at Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands from 2015 to 2017. Here, they supervised daily operations, trained and evaluated staff, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

From 2017 to 2020, Ashleigh served as a Clinic Director at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, where they had oversight of multiple healthcare facilities. Ashleigh'sresponsibilities included managing clinics, overseeing residency programs, and ensuring quality care.

Currently, Ashleigh works as the Senior Director of Regional Operations at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. In this role, they are responsible for the oversight of four Federally Qualified Health Centers across three cities, providing a wide range of services such as family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental, pharmacy, and more.

Throughout their career, Ashleigh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on quality care, and extensive knowledge of healthcare operations.

Ashleigh Rauch's education history begins with their high school diploma from Dayton High School, which they obtained in 2004. Following this, they attended Walla Walla Community College from 2004 to 2007 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Biology. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 2014.

In 2016, Ashleigh obtained a certification in CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA. Ashleigh furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Western Governors University in 2017.
