Dennis Thomas Ortiz

Dennis Thomas Ortiz has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2001 as Corporate Credit Manager for Impulse Connect. In 2008, they moved to A.J. Silberman & Company as Credit Manager, and in 2011 they held the position of Director of Credit and Collections at Envios de Valores de la Nacional. In the same year, they also worked as Collections Manager for Paralegal Services LLC. From 2013 to 2015, they were AR Consultant at GFI Group, and from 2015 to 2017 they were Investigator at Strategic Funding Source, Inc. Dennis Thomas then moved to Merchant Industry LLC as Director of Risk and Recovery, and in 2018 they were Senior Investigator (Partner) at Discovery Investigations, Inc. Most recently, in 2020, they became Head of Risk & Recovery at Yalber, where they are responsible for handling new legal files, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and more.
