Dylan McCapes is a Senior Manager of Mobile Engineering at August Home, Inc., with a strong background in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms. Since June 2019, Dylan has managed mobile teams and overseen the implementation of new features for IoT products. Prior roles include Manager of Mobile Engineering at August Home, and various engineering positions at iovox and App Academy. Dylan's experience in leadership is complemented by a decade-long coaching role with the Davis Lacrosse Association and extensive carpentry experience at McCapes Construction Company and Brown Construction. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and has developed robust software engineering skills through education and hands-on experience.
