Currently serving as a Radio Personality at Yale Broadcasting Company (WYBC) since August 2018, The Rahsaan Langley Project also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at TRLP Music, a role maintained since June 1992. Additionally, The Rahsaan Langley Project is the Owner of Langley Entertainment, which was established in December 1988 alongside brother Tony Langley, and has a rich history of producing and performing with numerous major artists.
