Amy Alvarez

Amy Alvarez, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Yale New Haven Health since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at IDOC from February 2018 to July 2023, where Amy held the titles of People Operations Manager, HR Consultant, and HR Services Manager. Additional positions include Senior Consultant at Alpha Medical Group, Assistant Manager at David's Bridal, and Team Leader in Human Resources at Target. Early in the career, Amy worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Gardner Heights and as a Receptionist at Hewitt Memorial Hospital. Amy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Sociology and Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
