Carol Lee

Carol Lee, MSN, RN, CRNP, CDIP is a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist at Yale New Haven Health since April 2024 and previously held the same position at Driscoll Children's Hospital from September 2022 to March 2024. With a strong background in clinical documentation, Carol conducted inpatient reviews, trained new specialists, and queried physicians to ensure accurate health record documentation. Prior experience includes roles as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Georgia Urology and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where Carol managed patient care, documented medical records, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Carol holds a Master of Science in Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
