Keith Churchwell

Keith Churchwell is a seasoned leader in the medical field, currently serving as Vice President and Executive Director of the Cardiovascular and Transplant Service at Yale New Haven Health since December 2014. Prior to this role, Churchwell was the Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer at Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute from July 2006 to November 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis (1983-1987) and an AB in Biology from Harvard University (1979-1983).
