La Toya Wright

La Toya Wright, MDiv, currently serves as a Chaplain Resident at Yale New Haven Health and has extensive experience in education and leadership. As Chief Executive Officer of Wright Steps Consulting, La Toya assists students of color in college preparation, providing comprehensive support in areas such as financial aid advice and personal branding. Previous roles include Director of Children's Ministry at First Church of Christ Simsbury and Special Education Teacher at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC. Additionally, La Toya has held positions as an Executive Administrator for Harlem's Ministers Conference and a Marketing Teacher at Chesterfield County Public Schools. La Toya holds a Master’s Degree in Divinity/Ministry and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Virginia Union University.
