Liz Carrizzo

Liz Carrizzo is currently a Clinical Engineering intern at Yale New Haven Health, gaining practical experience through the Clinical Engineering Masters Program at the University of Connecticut. Previously, Liz held the position of Undergraduate Research Assistant at UConn Health under Dr. Yanlin Wang and worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Connecticut, where responsibilities included customer service and candidate hiring. Other notable roles include serving as an Honors Guide for Peer Success and as a Weekend of Welcome Leader, aimed at assisting first-year students. Liz has practical experience in data management from a COVID-19 vaccine project at Griffin Hospital and has completed a Career Leadership Experience program. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and is pursuing a Master's degree at the same institution.
