Lucille Jaglal

Lucille Jaglal has been working at Yale New Haven Health since June 1989, where Lucille currently holds the position of Systems Analyst II in Epic HB Resolute Hospital Billing and Senior Systems Specialist in Business Systems. Prior to this, Lucille worked at Greenwich Hospital from June 1989 to June 2011 in various roles including Coordinator, Financial Systems, Manager, Patient Accounting, and Specialist, Accounts Receivable. Lucille's responsibilities include quality improvement, revenue cycle audits, and database work at the Auxiliary Thrift Shop. Lucille graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts and is currently a candidate for a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford.
