Michael Angelini

Michael Angelini is the SVP, Treasurer & Chief Investment Officer at Yale New Haven Health. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.

Michael started their career as a financial analyst at the University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers. Michael then moved to the University of Michigan Medical School as a financial analyst before becoming the department administrator at the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

In 1998, they left the University of Michigan to pursue a career in the private sector. Michael joined New York Life Insurance Company as an assistant vice president. Michael then moved to The University of Toledo as treasurer. In 2005, they joined Welltower Inc. (formerly HCN) as director.

In 2008, they left Welltower to join Ohio University as the Associate Vice President for Finance and Deputy Treasurer. Michael held this position until 2013 when they joined Yale New Haven Health as SVP, Treasurer & Chief Investment Officer.

Michael Angelini has completed a Strategic Agility and Innovation Executive Education Program at Yale School of Management. Michael also has a Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Lastly, they attended Michigan State University.

Their manager is Keith B. Churchwell, EVP & President, Yale New Haven Hospital. They are on a team with and Melissa Turner - SVP & CHRO.
