Michael Sola

Michael Sola brings extensive experience in the engineering and HVAC fields, currently serving as a stationary engineer at both Yale New Haven Hospital and Yale New Haven Health since 2022. In addition, Michael has been working as a Building Management Systems Engineer at Hartford Health Care since 2020. Previous roles include HVACR Instructor at ENTECH for nearly 17 years and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor at Air Temp. Residential, where responsibilities included sales, estimating, and customer service. Michael's education was completed at North Haven High from 1973 to 1977.
