Patricia Riccitelli

Patricia Riccitelli is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the ITS Manager for ServiceNow at Yale New Haven Health since November 2011, where responsibilities include managing an ITSM suite of applications and developing reporting frameworks for key metrics. Previously, Patricia held various roles within Yale New Haven Health System from January 1995 to November 2011, including Supervisor of Client Development, where oversight included IT training and Help Desk teams, and Remedy Administrator, participating in several implementations of the BMC Remedy suite. Patricia began their career as a Computer Training Specialist, focusing on developing web-based training and conducting instructor-led classes.
