Richard Pando has extensive experience in data analytics and project management within the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior roles include Implementation Project Specialist and Client Service Manager at ADP Benefit Services, where Richard focused on business requirements gathering and managing client relationships, generating approximately $2 million in annual revenue. Richard’s career began at ITDS/Amdocs, where as Project Leader, Richard managed a large team responsible for 24/7 production operations.
