Vinay Sawant RPh, MPH, MBA is an accomplished pharmacy executive with extensive experience in pharmaceutical services management. Currently serving as Executive Director and Director of Specialty and Retail Pharmacy Services at Yale New Haven Health since February 2019, Vinay previously held the position of Regional Pharmacy Director and Senior Manager at Banner Health from July 2014 to February 2019. Early career experience includes managing retail pharmacy operations as Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens Pharmacy from October 2003 to July 2014, and contributing as Pharmacy Consultant at Jackson Health System from January 2009 to January 2012. Educational credentials include an MBA in Health Sector Policy Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a Master of Public Health from Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai.
