Grant Hawkins

Grant Hawkins serves as an Underwriting Analyst at Yale Realty & Capital Advisors, where responsibilities include analyzing and underwriting transactions for clients and preparing Offering Memorandums and Teasers using InDesign for commercial real estate properties nationwide. Previously, Grant held a Development Intern position at Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, coordinating a team for a multifamily property project in Greenwood, Indiana, and participating in city redevelopment meetings in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Earlier experience at Indiana University Bloomington included roles as a Help Desk Intern and Special Events Intern at the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life, made possible through the Cox Scholarship. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
