James Cook is the founder and head of brokerage at Yale Realty & Capital Advisors, where the focus is on the sale and disposition of quality Manufactured Home Communities (MHCs) and RV Resorts. Since January 2012, James has also served as a partner at Yale Energy Advisors, a group specializing in capital raising and brokerage for energy and resource projects with offices across multiple cities. Prior experience includes roles in acquisitions and dispositions of institutional-grade properties at Rockford Realty Group, financing specialization for MHCs and RV Parks at Millenia Financial Group, and serving as COO of a family-owned home services business. James's early career included business telephony sales at Kennedy Communications LLC. Education includes training from FL Mortgage Brokers School, Harcourt Education, MHP Boot Camp, and North Florida Real Estate College.
