Alison Cole

Alison Cole is the Executive Director of the Yale Alumni Association and Senior Associate Dean of Development, External Affairs, and Special Projects at Yale University, where responsibilities include directing the $7 billion "for Humanity" campaign, focusing on financial aid and support for first-generation, low-income students, and implementing mental health initiatives. Prior experience at Yale includes serving as Director of Development for Yale College, where strategic donor engagement efforts were prioritized, and Deputy Director of Athletics, where management of external-facing staff and revenue generation were key roles. Alison Cole also held positions at the Brown University Sports Foundation and Conde Nast, and holds an MBA and MS in Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management, as well as a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
