David F. Kelley, P.E., MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Capital Program Development and Delivery for Central Campus and Athletics at Yale University since July 2023, after previously holding the title of Director of Capital Programs for Central-North Campus. With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles across facility management, design, and construction project and program management in both public and private sectors, David has also served as President and CEO of CAI Consulting, LLC from January 2006 to July 2023. Prior experience includes being a Partner at an architecture firm in Sacile, Italy, and Owner and President of AST International, Srl., where responsibilities encompassed business development and management of design projects. David holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master's in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
