Duy Thanh Nguyen

Postdoctoral Researcher at Yale University

Duy Thanh Nguyen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Yale University and a Research Scholar with the SRC Research Scholars Program since April 2022, focusing on neuromorphic computing and the development of innovative algorithms and architectures utilizing CMOS and emerging technologies for deep learning and spiking neural networks. Prior to these roles, Duy served as an Associate Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from August 2021 to January 2022 and completed a combined MSc and Ph.D. at Kyung Hee University from March 2016 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Design Verification Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, where Duy designed a UVM-based verification environment and verified proprietary security IP, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and completing an internship at AppliedMicro. Duy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kyung Hee University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
